This month, we’re excited to spotlight one of our superstar staff members, Lupita, who is from El Salvador, where pupusas are the national dish. Lupita has been with us since the very beginning, and as we approach our 2nd anniversary, we want to celebrate more of the amazing people who help make Casa de Luz East such a special place every day.
